Florida State guard Trent Forrest has agreed to a two-way contract with the Utah Jazz, per Shams Charania of The Athletic.
Forrest is 6-foot-4 and went undrafted. He was viewed as perhaps the best backcourt defender in the ACC last season, while averaging 11.6 points, 4.4 rebounds and 4.0 assists as a senior.
It was a big night for the Seminoles, with power forward Patrick Williams being drafted fourth overall by the Chicago Bulls, and small forward Devin Vassell going 11th overall to the San Antonio Spurs.
Forrest has played drums at All Things New Worship Center, where his mother is the pastor.
A two-way contract allows Forrest to be active on the Jazz roster for up to 50 games.
