Miami Heat guard Avery Bradley is drawing trade interest from several contenders, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.
Bradley, 30, is 6-foot-3 and plays primarily shooting guard. He signed a two-year contract with the Heat as a free agent in November, and is averaging 8.5 points in 10 appearances on the season.
The Heat have been linked to Houston Rockets guard Victor Oladipo, who will be a free agent at the end of the season. Bradley could potentially be part of a return in a trade package — though there is no indication the Rockets would have an interest.
Along with that, the Heat reportedly had some talks on Toronto Raptors point guard Kyle Lowry, as relayed by our Chris Crouse.
Bradley is nearing a return from a calf injury. The Portland Trail Blazers and Milwaukee Bucks are believed to be two teams with an interest, one source told FortyEightMinutes last week.
He is shooting 42 percent on 3-pointers. That, combined with his perimeter defense, make him an appealing candidate to other contenders.
The defending Eastern Conference champion Heat (21-18) have won four straight and nine of their last 10.
The NBA trade deadline is March 25.
