Free agent NBA center Tarik Black has reached a contract agreement with Russian club Zenit Saint Petersburg, according to Moses Barda of TeamScout.net.
Black is 6-foot-9 and has served two stints with the Rockets (2014 and 2017-18). He also played for the Lakers from 2014-17.
After his most recent run with the Rockets, Black headed overseas to join Israeli power Maccabi Tel Aviv. He took part in the 2019 Israeli League All-Star Game in 2019, recording 15 points and five rebounds off the bench.
Black, 29, carries NBA career averages of 4.9 points and 4.7 rebounds.
