Former No. 2 overall pick Jabari Parker will sign a two-year pact with the Celtics, the team announces.
Parker spent the majority of the season with the Kings before Sacramento waived him last month. The forward only saw action in three contests for the franchise, missing time for a variety of reasons, including injuries and being placed in the league’s health and safety protocols.
In order to accommodate the move, Boston will waive Moritz Wagner. The former Michigan Wolverine arrived in Boston at the trade deadline and appeared in nine contests with the club.
