The Wizards will be without Bradley Beal against the Cavaliers on Friday, the team announces.
The contest will be Beal’s third-straight miss game because of his hamstring. Beal injured his hamstring during the Wizards-Pacers contest on Saturday. He scored 50 points in the contest but couldn’t finish the game because of the ailment.
Beal is currently slightly behind Steph Curry for the league’s scoring title with 31.4 points per contest. Curry is scoring 31.8 points per game.
The Wizards have just one more contest after Friday’s tilt, as they host the Hornets on Sunday.
