The Washington Wizards have officially signed forward/center Jordan Bell to a 10-day contract, the team announced in a release.
Bell, 26, is 6-foot-9 and actually has signed a 10-day contract with the Wizards — having signed one in January and spending time in the G League with the Erie BayHawks. Bell has also spent time with the Golden State Warriors, Memphis Grizzlies and Minnesota Timberwolves.
The Wizards waived guard Jerome Robinson last week, clearing a spot for Bell. Robinson averaged 7.4 points and 2.8 rebounds in 38 games with the Wizards. He was initially selected by the Los Angeles Clippers with the No. 13 overall pick in 2018.
