The defending NBA Champion Golden State Warriors visiting Orlando and the Orlando Magic. The Magic were able to earn a close 130-129. This ended up being the fourth loss in a row for the Warriors. The Magic earned their second win of the season and now have a 2-7 record overall. The Magic got a balanced scoring attack from their team. However, two players stood out the most. Those two players were Jalen Suggs and Paolo Banchero.
Jalen Suggs led the way for the Orlando Magic. Suggs scored 26 points on 9-for-17 shooting from the field. Suggs knocked down 2-for-6 from behind the three-point line. Suggs also grabbed a rebound and dished out nine assists on the night. Suggs hit some big three-pointers down the final stretch to help give the Magic the close victory.
Magic Rookie Paolo Banchero had a big night as well. Banchero scored 22 points on 8-for-17 shooting. Banchero also grabbed eight rebounds and dished out three assists on the night.
