Free agent guard/forward Kentavious Caldwell-Pope has agreed to a three-year contract to return to the Los Angeles Lakers, per Shams Charania of The Athletic.
The deal is worth $40 million, Charania reported. Also, the last year of the deal is partially guaranteed.
Caldwell-Pope played an underrated role during the Lakers’ run to the championship, offering outside shooting and knocking down 41 percent of his 3-pointers in the playoffs.
