The Miami Heat and JPMorgan Chase announced a multi-year partnership on Wednesday, naming the global financial company the Official Financial Services Partner of the HEAT and the Kaseya Center. This is a significant move for South Florida, connecting one of the NBA’s most culturally influential franchises with a bank that employs more than 3,000 people locally and serves 2.4 million customers in the region.
Chase cardholders will see real perks at Kaseya Center and beyond. Benefits include early access to tickets and merchandise, free shipping on retail purchases, arena savings like $20 off every $100 spent and $5 off every $30 at concession stands, plus a dedicated entrance for eligible cardholders. The partnership also aims to deliver branded enhancements inside the arena and community programs focused on youth, financial literacy, and economic opportunity across South Florida.

Lorenzo Butler, Senior Director of Business Communications with the Miami Heat, spoke on the importance and timing of the partnership between the Heat and Chase Bank.
“These are two global brands that have been circling each other for years. So the time was right for a partnership. Chase has over 410,000 Small Business clients and 2.4 million clients in the South Florida region. We thought it was important because there is a lot of crossover with our fans, so we wanted to bring them into the fold. It’s important to us as the Heat to partner with organizations that believe in South Florida.”

Jonathan Bello, Executive Director of Business Banking for Chase for the Miami area, spoke to us today about how important the partnership is with the Heat.
“When you look at two institutions that take the time to invest in the community. Not just what the plays are. Not just making money when it comes to banking. But really giving back. We were both doing it on our own. Now the fact that we are both joining forces together, I think it’s really going to make an impact. Could be something we have never seen before across South Florida.”
