The Miami HEAT Dancers, presented by AT&T, opened the door Saturday morning at Kaseya Center for high-caliber performers chasing a spot on the 2026-2027 Squad.

This is Phase One of a multi-step selection process. The open call features multiple rounds of choreography, with cuts throughout the day. Selected dancers advance to Heat Dancer boot camp which includes business interviews, technique training, fitness, photos, and professional etiquette evaluation. This will be followed by a finals showcase where the final 2026-27 roster is chosen.
Natalia Gonzalez, Director of HEAT Entertainment, broke down the real deal of the process on site.
