The Miami Heat had their latest RANDOM ACTS OF HEAT event at Chick-fil-A River Landing in Miami. This is their latest event of the Summer when they pay it forward to the people in the Miami community. During this initiative this summer they have reached 2,000 people. This event at Chick-fil-A was another raving success. The Random Acts of HEAT initiative highlights the power of giving and encourages the South Florida community to pay it forward by embracing kindness and generosity.
One lucky Chick-fil-A customer received a voucher for two tickets to an upcoming Miami Heat. She was ecstatic to say the least. She made sure to express her happiness for the tickets. The winner also got to take pictures with Heat Forward, Keshad Johnson.
Johnson, who recently signed a new two-way contract with the Miami Heat, was hands-on at the event. He got behind the counter to pass out customers orders. He interacted with the customers/Heat fans and even took pictures with some. Everyone was happy to see him there. Him showing up had the restaurant buzzing.
We caught up with Johnson afterwards. He spoke about embracing being in Miami on a new deal and his experience being at Chick-fil-A spreading joy to the customers. He is embracing being a part of the South Florida community.
Events like these continue to show just how much the Heat organization is embraced by the community throughout South Florida. Positivity definitely goes a long way. Pay it forward!
